Adolescence is widely documented as a stage of con-flict. In this study, we aim to identify and understand teenagers' challenges; and to encourage communica-tion between them, peers and significant adults (par-ents and teachers). We conducted an action research project with a group of eight teenagers. Through theatre techniques and group dynamics, teenagers entered in a discovery experience of themselves and others, and put on stage, to an audience of adults and peers, their experiences, feelings and dilemmas. The findings indicate that theatre is educational tool, which is fundamental for skills' development.
