Tinjauan Pelaksanaan Pemusnahan Rekam Medis Di Puskesmas Pandanaran Semarang

Abstract

Permenkes 269 Year 2008 concerning Medical Record states medical records on non-hospital health care facilities should be kept at least for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of the last patient's treatment. Based on preliminary study at Puskesmas Pandanaran Semarang, that has been formed Puskesmas Pandanaran in 1990 the implementation of destruction only once done in 2005. The purpose of this research is to know factors supporting the implementation of the destruction of medical records in terms. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. Methods of data collection is done by observation / observation method, interview and documentation study. The data in the analysis using descriptive analysis and presented in the form of narration. The results obtained that the destruction of medical records in 2005 was done by burning 5000 medical records by Pandanaran Public Health Service officer, SOP Destruction of Medical Record applied since 30 April 2016 and supporting factors of extermination implementation covering Man, Methode, , Materials, Machine, Money, Market. It would be better if the destruction of medical records is done periodically in accordance with SOP Destruction of Medical Record
