Abstract

This paper presents a case study of a Scrum team that decided to establish metrics to be aware of its way of working. Visual Agile, is a software tool to support Agile coaching, which has been developed to monitor and control the values for the metrics established by the team. The interpretation of these metrics can be helpful to build team awareness and facilitate constant delivery of value. The tool is considered by the case study team as a basic asset to have objective inputs to find improvement opportunities.
