Integration of fast scanning calorimetry (fsc) with microstructural analysis techniques

Abstract

Several developments have been carried out to combine fast scanning calorimetry with other microstructural analytical techniques like scanning probe microscopy, IR, Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. These advanced integrations could provide more complementary information on the microstructure and phase transformations observed in the calorimetric process.
