Abstract

In accordance with experience concerning behavior of glass at temperatureswithin its annealing range, equation is proposed that relates variousextraordinary heat effects to inelastic deformability and to degreeof superheating or undercooling; application of equations to thermalexpansion data; application of equations to endothermic and exothermiceffects.
