Abstract

The research paper is a review article based on the study of successful implementation of Program learning outcomes (PLOs) in higher educational systems. Achieving accreditation from national and international societies has always been a principal objective for all academies as it endorses quality education and facilitates students in higher education standards as well as in professional environments. The accreditation reception is based on Quality Assurance (QA) at all levels of learning and teaching and substantiation of assurance is provided by thriving Learning Outcomes' (LOs) applications. There are ranges of impact factors that a university or a program works for achieving and ensuring QA. Also, the identification and measurement of courses' learning outcomes is an empirical tool. This research is based on Qualitative as well as Quantitative analysis. Data evaluation is basically derived from the calculation of Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and one sample course is studied for this purpose.
