This research theme is to increase the learning motivation of children of social workers. This research was conducted at the Yogyakarta PSAA Childcare Social Institution Budhi Bhakti Unit located in Kepek Hamlet Ledoksari Village, Wonosari District, Gunung Kidul. Based on previous research, there has been no research that discusses social learning to improve children's learning motivation at Yogyakarta PSAA Budhi Bhakti Wonosari Unit in Gunung Kidul. The researcher reviews or examines how to train social workers to increase children's learning motivation at PSAA and increase motivation to learn at PSAA Yogyakarta Unit Budhi Bhakti Wonosari. This study uses a type of qualitative descriptive research. The researcher collected data using interview techniques and documentation. Data limitations by using what happened and facilities and infrastructure to support the needs of children in learning, and the condition of children as practiced by workers at PSAA Yogyakarta Unit Budhi Bhakti Wonosari Gunung Kidul. The researcher obtained interview data from informants such as social workers, caregivers, social guides, psychologists, and foster children and profile documents and year-end archives from Yogyakarta PSAA Unit Budhi Bhakti Wonosari Gunung Kidul. The results of the study show that social workers to increase learning motivation towards children can be found in the form of Indirect Practices (indirect practice) consisting of working with schools and experts in the form of Direct Practice (direct practice) consisting of individual counseling activities, group counseling, group guidance, and monitoring (supervision). The obstacles in the service process for increasing motivation towards children are the human resources created by the institution.
