Proposal of Indicators for Logistics Management in the Multiservicios Yanasara S.A.C. Company, 2022

Abstract

The present research work aims to implement logistics management indicators as a management control tool in the company Multiservicios Yanasara S.A.C., located in the city of Huamachuco. Using a purposeful descriptive level study, starting from a general context to the specific included in a non-experimental design. The study variable was "logistics management". The population and the sample was made up of the entire company (9 workers) Multiservicios Yanasara S.A.C located in the city of Huamachuco province of La Libertad. As an instrument, the logistics management indicators established by Luis Aníbal Mora García in his book "Logistics Management Indicators" were used. The results were distributed and processed in control sheets for each indicator separated in their respective dimensions to facilitate follow-up and control of each activity.
