Abstract

Multiple system atrophy (MSA) is a sporadic and rapidly progressive degenerative disorder of the central and autonomic nervous system, affecting both men and women, primarily in their fifties, with a prevalence rate of 1.0-4.0 individuals per 100,000 population [1] © 2010 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.
