Abstract

Climate change is defined as the change in the weather pattern of a region. The models which are employed to predict climate change of the future are collectively called as climate models. The present note describes the formation, structures, and working principles of global as well as regional climate models. The note also describes the climate change scenarios that are presently created. © 2010 Springer Science+Business Media B.V.
