Abstract

Copper indium oxides having delafossite structures were synthesized using CuCl with NaInO2 or LiInO2 by ion exchange reactions. Lattice parameters were measured by Rietveld analysis. The main product was obtained using X ray diffraction analysis. The heat treatment condition was found to be the most suitable for ion exchange reaction.
