Abstract

• Detrusor sphincter dyssynergia (DSD) is variant of neurogenic bladder dysfunction caused by suprasacral neurological abnormalities and may be associated with serious complications if unrecognised. • This paper focuses on the clinical features as well as challenges and limitations in the diagnosis of DSD. © 2012 The Authors.
