Abstract

The article suggested the combined method of monitoring of hazardous phenomena and predicting of hazardous processes and security of coastal infrastructure and providing of safety of human lives based on “fog computing”, blockchain and Internet of Things. These modern information technologies use to connect the large number of various sensors using the new proprietary software operating system with mobile phones, processors and technology of analyzing messages of the local population in social net-works and media. These technologies could be used for decentralization of information processing and scheduling, providing system openness, reducing reaction time of the information systems and increasing reliability and scalability of the information systems. So, the suggested combined method could be used for new monitoring systems of hazardous phenomena, predicting of hazardous processes, security of coastal infrastructure and providing of safety of human lives. The main advantage of the method is using of existing information infrastructures as mobile networks and etc.
