Abstract

Part of a special issue on the organized criminal activities of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). The writer argues that there was a huge conspiracy by the authorities in the U.S. and Britain to conceal arms sales to Iran and Iraq through banks and brokering intermediaries linked to BCCI and its affiliates worldwide.
