Abstract

The interest in artificial intelligence (AI) is increasing significantly. “Virtual Assistant” is a service that allows consumers to easily access AI technology. This study aims to provide a clear and thorough overview of the current consumer experience through reviews written by consumers in South Korea. We suggest possible solutions for future developments of virtual assistants that could further benefit consumers. This study provides insights into consumer experience with virtual assistants through their review data. We categorize each virtual assistant and their related issues and suggest possible solutions for improving future virtual assistants to enhance the quality of consumers’ life.
