Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop ethnomatematics-based student worksheets (LKS) with a scientific approach to flat shapes in junior high school that are valid and practical. The development of the learning model in this study uses the ADDIE development model, because it has simple but clear and easy to understand stages. This model consists of five main stages, namely (Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The trials were carried out in class VII A of SMP Kristen Mbara Mbanja in Central Sumba Regency, Mamboro Subdistrict, Wee Luri Village. Based on the trial analysis, it shows that the ethnomatematics-based student worksheets (LKS) with a scientific approach to flat shapes in junior high school meet the valid and practical criteria. The validity analysis shows that the average score obtained is 91.6. The criteria for practicality are seen from the results of the analysis of the subject teacher's assessment with an average score of 96.
