Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of food MSME performance by using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. DEA is a non-parametric method based on linear programming to measure the production efficiency of the Decesion Making Unit (DMU). The efficiency of some homogeneous DMUs is compared based on a number of inputs and outputs. This study uses 40 food DMU MSMEs located in the districts of Cileungsi and Gunung Putri, Bogor.
