Abstract

Abstrak. Persaingan dalam dunia usaha terus mengalami perkembangan, sehingga pemanfaatan mutu dan sumber daya harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan, karena sangat penting bagi perkembangan perusahaan tersebut. Perusahaan harus berusaha meningkatkan kinerja terbaiknya. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus memiliki strategi agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan jangka panjang, hal ini tidak lepas dari kinerja manajerial. Peningkatan kinerja manajerial salah satunya disebabkan oleh total quality management dan motivasi kerja. Hal tersebut memberikan mekanisme penting bagi perusahaan dalam memperbaiki rangka peningkatan kinerja dan tujuan perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan total quality management dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT X di Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data primer. Selain itu dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dan teknik convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Penerapan Total Quality Management berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial dan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh pada Kinerja Manajerial.   Abstract. Competition in the business world continues to experience development so the utilization of quality and resources must be considered by the company because it is very important for the development of the company. The company must try to improve its best performance. Therefore companies must have a strategy to survive in long-term competition, this cannot be separated from managerial performance. One of the reasons for improving managerial performance is total quality management and work motivation. This provides an important mechanism for the company to improve the performance improvement framework and company goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing total quality management and work motivation on managerial performance at PT X in West Java. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. The source of data used is primary data. In addition, in taking samples using non-probability sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The results of this study state that the implementation of Total Quality Management has an effect on Managerial Performance and Work Motivation has no effect on Managerial Performance.
