Abstract

Generic reference models are based on the assumption of similarity between enterprises - either cross industrial or within a given sector. They are formed mainly in order to assist enterprises in constructing their own, specific process models. The research presents an empirical evaluation of the quality of the ProcessGene process repository in generating individualized models.
