Abstract

The structure and absolute configuration of “cyclotirucanenol” a new triterpene isolated from Euphorbia tirucalli has been established as 24β-methyl-9β-19-cyclolanost-20-en-3β-ol through chemical and spectroscopic studies including 2D-NMR. © 1988, Walter de Gruyter. All rights reserved.
