Abstract

The invitro release properties of Cap were analysised by konjac glucomannan membrane. The preparation parameters were investigated by evaluation of the Cap release degree, selected and then confirmed the effects such as concentration of KGM, Cap, mixing time, laying-time, dry temperature, and used response surface analysis to optimize preparation parameters of membrane. The results showed that five factors had significant impact on the release degree of Cap, and the optimal conditions were 2.5%(w/v)KGM and 175g Cap mixed for 2h and laid for 1.5h, drying at 65°C. The predicted value of Cap release degree was 92.258%. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
