Sentiment analysis is used as a tool from a decade by various companies to understand the trends and react to customer opinion and to stand in the competitive world by analysing the data about their product quality and features that are collected from social apps like Facebook, Twitter and App Store where people post their opinions about the product features, quality, benefits and other values of the products, which help companies to identify the problem and work upon it in time to improve and target the right people. This paper presents the steps for sentiment extraction from structured data derived by pre-processing of unstructured data collected from Twitter by using tools.
