Abstract

John Amos is the chair of the Bowel Cancer Support Group in Purley, UK and here gives an important patient perspective of the International Experts Meeting and the role of patient representatives in cancer research. He highlights that it is especially important for patients that quality of life following both surgery and chemoradiotherapy is considered.
