Abstract

In a mobile Ad-hoc network, the conservation of resources is a very important issue. So, in order to save the same, information should be send using multicast technique. But, multicasting in mobile Ad-hoc network is a very difficult task due to affecting various factors like dynamic topology nature, large variation of signal strength, lack of battery power, network congestion and so on. In this proposal we have lighted over the network congestion in order to utilize the network resource properly. So, this paper proposes an Efficient Load Balanced Multipath Multicast Routing Protocol using Fibonacci Sequence (ELBMMRFS) approach to balance the overhead/congestion. In this proposal the source node send the information over different routing paths using the Fibonacci sequence number. Such transmission of the information might be balance the network overhead that leads to better performance. The proposed scheme is be simulated on very popular simulator NS-2 and the results are measured in terms of the PDR and E2E, finally the outcomes are compared with some present routing protocol like MAODV and RMAODV.
