Abstract

A successful enterprise must have a set of modern ideas. In the modern business system, the ideological concept is most important. With the rapid development of the world economy and science and technology, more and more people have increasingly recognized that the most needed of the outstanding enterprise is the continuous innovation of the ideas, not the profit index and not sophisticated computer systems. Based on the connotation of the concept and innovation, this paper analyzes more deeply the necessity to concept innovation of the enterprise, and puts forward several suggestions for an enterprise to change the management concept. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2013.
