Abstract

Firstly, I briefly provide information about methodology. This will be followed by brief information about Kurdish migration to the United Kingdom. Secondly, I will focus on the interplay of physical, proximitybased Kurdish communities in London and their Internet based activism which contribute to the accumulation of social capital for the Kurdish community in the United Kingdom, then I will return to the use of techno-cultural devices by British Kurdish individuals and networks beyond physical proximity based Kurdish communities.
