This paper describes the MOSIPE: Systemic Observational Model of the Interactions between Parents and their Children. It has been elaborated to give flexibility to family systems in order to cross easier over the life cycles, to prevent getting bogged down crisis. It's made with three transversal factors: the existence of sharing pleasure in the relationships, which stimulates the system cohesiveness while getting flexibility; the possibility to get self esteem in these relationships, which allows to differentiate oneself from the other, while accepting that the someone else differentiates himself or herself from oneself without feeling any danger; the ability to perceive and take someone needs into account which attests system members differentiation abilities as much as there solidarity. This model can be used to give flexibility to other human system as professional team, sportive team, institution, voluntary organization, etc. © De Boeck Supérieur.
