The projectProject planProject plan should use a numerical network analysisNetwork analysis method from which a Gantt chartGantt Chart may be created. All resourcesResource must be identified, and their availability and access should be planned ahead. All financial costsCost must be estimated, approved, then any purchasing put through channels approved by the university; subsequently actual expenditure must have been calculated and summarized.
