Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accountability in managing village fund allocations, the role of village facilitators, and the level of village participation in community welfare.  The sampling technique used is simple random sampling.  The final sample of observations was  264  respondents.  The method of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS  21  application program.  The results of this study showed that the role of village facilitators affected community welfare.  whereas  accountability  for  managing  village  fund  allocations  and  the  level of village participation does not affect community welfare
