Angiosarcoma is a malignant neoplasm of endothelial cells. It is a fatal disease because of the high potentiality of hematogeneous metastasis. Although a definitively effective treatment has not yet established, a rational combination of multimodal therapies could prolong the survival time to some extent. In this review, recent advances in the management of this neoplasm are discussed, including those in surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and biotherapy.
