Abstract

This article shows the connection and interrelation between complexity theory and knowledge management. It is planned to find mechanisms to communicate and share knowledge efficiently, improving knowledge management in a complex system such as the development software factories. As a result, it proposes a model of knowledge management, taking into account notions of complexity theory applied to a development system software factory, where normal development involves different forms of complexity, which must be managed properly to help solve. Of course, the results of the application can be seen in the medium term best practices and lessons learned.
