In this chapter we look at how to approach the neurological assessment of a person with a brain tumour. We discuss the symptoms they may present with, in particular cognitive impairment, headache and seizures. We introduce the neurological examination of motor function, eyes and cognition, concentrating on the most useful aspects of these assessments for patients with a brain tumour.
