The Jatinangor Institute of Domestic Administration (IPDN) library as a university library to be able to optimally meet the information needs of users. For this reason, libraries must be able to process and maintain library materials properly. One of them is by carrying out preservation activities or preservation of library materials so that library materials can maintain their information value and can be used continuously. This study aims to determine the preservation activities include preventive, curative, restorative and media training activities at the Jatinangor IPDN Library. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is the librarian at the Library of the Institute of Domestic Administration (IPDN). While the object of research is Preservation of library materials in Library of the Institute of Domestic Administration (IPDN). Techniques In data collection techniques, the researcher performed three series of stages, namely interviews, observations and literature studies. Furthermore, the data is processed using data analysis techniques introduced by Miles and Hubberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that all of these conservation activities have been running, which include; prevention, selection activities from wood to iron, the use of fresh lime to stabilize air humidity, temperature regulation and natural light, setting strict regulations on users, strategic library locations, and book binding; curative, namely management and fumigation; restorative, namely the activity of binding library materials that have been damaged; and media transfer, namely the digitization of collections. In conclusion, the preservation activities at the Jatinangor IPDN Library are going well. All of these things have been implemented, although not optimally.
