Employer branding is very similar to product/service branding, and the same principles apply in building and nurturing the brand. In today's context of war for talent, organizations with better brand will be more successful in attracting and retaining talent. The article elucidates the brand building at the college campuses where bulk hiring in thousands is taking place today.
