Abstract

Big Data analytic and Cloud Computing are the new trends that have submerged the IT industry. While big data environment requires powerful cluster infrastructure, new ideas about combining this two paradigms were born to enhance business agility and productivity and enable greater efficiency and reduce costs. The objective of our research is to introduce a Big data as-a-service (BDAAS) solution based on Hadoop ecosystem that analyses a graph built from heterogeneous data sources such as social media, database tables and so on. We created a prototype of our solution that determines the most popular deputy based on internet users’ tweets.
