Abstract

Devices in the Unmanned Air Vehicle system should satisfy the MIL-STD-461F standard qualification which is most widely accepted in military development. The UAV data-link controller is a device to integrate two LOS data-links and satellite data-link of UAV. This paper introduces the advanced system design to improve results of the MIL-STD-461F test. Furthermore, total 6 requirements out of 18 requirements in the MIL-STD-461F test are performed and results of the advanced system design and the conventional system design are compared and analyzed. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
