Abstract

A helical CT scan with 3D reconstruction showed an intrahepatic venous shunt, with communication between the right portal branch and right hepatic vein, and a saccular aneurysamal dilation of the splenic artery in a 66-year-old woman with hepatosplenic schistosomiasis. She refused surgical treatment and was followed up as an outpatient.
