Companies can start by providing consistent assessment and discussion space to stimulate the mindset of employees in the workplace so that they can solve problems while working both individually and in teams to achieve company goals. This will make it easier for the company to assess how high the standard of achievement is and will be a consideration in evaluating employee performance in the company.
