The resilience of women in managing businesses has enormous potential to accelerate national economic recovery. The increase in women-run MSMEs can absorb labor and reduce the rate of unemployed due to pandemics. The purpose of this case study is to find out the factors that affect the entrepreneurial performance of women in Indonesia. The research strategy used is survey research (survey research) with data collection methods that are primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaire filling. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling-purposive in women who have businesses in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study show that: 1)Management Skills have no significant effect on Women Entrepreneurs' Performance;2) Entrepreneurial Skills have a positive and significant effect on Women Entrepreneurs' Performance;3) Access to Finance does not moderate the relationship between Management Skills, Entrepreneurial Skills and Women Entrepreneurs'. Performance. The conclusion of the results of this study is that Entrepreneurial Skills is a factor that affects women's business performance in DKI Jakarta
