The boost to digital transformation is generating a rise in technological platforms in key areas of government action. This is the case with the National Subsidy Database and the Public Sector Procurement Platform, but also with numerous registries covering a variety of purposes. In areas of exclusive State competence or joint State and autonomous community competence, regulation of such platforms and registries has tended to become centralised, with an impact on language rights, as was the case when the State specified the conditions for accessing funding aimed at autonomous communities and local bodies in the context of budget stability and financial sustainability regulations.
