Abstract

To adapt to the rapidly growing offshore international petroleum business, China's oil & gas companies have to change the artificial and qualitative means to carry out petroleum reserve quality evaluation on offshore fault block oil and gas field. For this reason, Petroleum reserve quality evaluation system on offshore fault block oil and gas field has been developed specially. On the basis of the bi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the flow process design mentality, this system was built-in the completely petroleum reserve quality evaluation factor system on offshore fault block oil and gas field, as well as first-level and the second-level factor weight. And user only need to fill up the system factor table with the related second-level factor picked up from the collected data of study area, then to accomplish one project evaluation easily by following the flow process. Through the practical application of specific cases, the system, with simple, rapid and flexible features, has been revised and improved, and become powerful tool for petroleum reserve quality evaluation on offshore fault block oil and gas field. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
