Pelatihan Daring Kepemimpinan OSIS Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan dimasa PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

5 ABSTRAK Pelatihan daring Kepemimpinan OSIS pada saat pandemi Covid-19 saat ini mengalami perubahan pada pimpinan dalam memantau bawahanya. Maka dari itu diperlukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola OSIS di dalam lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berbentuk pelatihan secara daring yang ditujukan khususnya untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Telesandi Bekasi bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri para anggota OSIS dimasa Pandemi saat ini. Kegiatan dilakukan secara daring melalui media zoom meeting berbentuk pelatihan. Kegiatan memiliki manfaat yang dapat dilihat dari antusiasme para peserta melalui pertanyaan tentang konsep kepemimpinan OSIS dimasa Pandemi saat ini, mulai dari minat siswa yang akan masuk kedalam OSIS. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan pelatihan pembekalan kepada calon pemimpin masa depan sangat penting sebagai bekal dalam regenerasi kepemimpinan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan ; manajemen perubahan ; pengabdian kepada masyarakat ABSTRACT OSIS Leadership online training during the Covid-19 pandemic is currently undergoing changes in leadership in monitoring their subordinates. Therefore we need the right strategy in managing OSIS in the school environment. Community Service Activities in the form of online training aimed specifically at students of the Telesandi Bekasi Vocational High School aims to foster the confidence of OSIS members during the current Pandemic. Activities are carried out online through the media zoom meeting in the form of training. The activity has benefits that can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants through questions about the concept of OSIS leadership in the current Pandemic, starting from the interest of students who will enter the Student Council. The results of the activity show that debriefing training for future leaders is very important as a provision in leadership regeneration.
