Traceability of measurement results to SI units is required by the laboratory to ensure that the test results can be accounted. The purpose of this study is to estimate the uncertainty of measurement for each step in the traceability chain so that the total uncertainty of all stages of the proximate analysis method can be calculated. The proximate analysis method used in this study is based on SNI 01-2354: 2006. As a sample test material used SRM (Standard Reference Material) in the form of biscuits from the Agro Industry Center which was intended for proficiency testing. From this research, it was found that the moisture content for the sample was 2.86 ± 0.4, the ash content was 1.73 ± 0.04, the fat content was 18.65 ± 0.2, the protein content was 7.69 ± 0.
