Abstract

Every organization is designed or build with long-term engagement with customers and Employees. Happy customers and Satisfied Employees are the biggest asset of any organization. Whatever the industry is, a Motivated worker will always make a big difference in achieving the organization goals and his personal goals. Motivation Programs can be done through various levels like rewards, bonus, incentives, etc. But "without Mental Health"Motivating employees becomes a tall mountain to climb.
