Abstract

. The increasing demand for multimedia services in recent wireless communication systems becomes popular. In this paper, aimed at the scenario of mobile terminal cooperation in Internet of Things (IoT), we studied the resource allocation problem based on channel modeling using big data, which allows the cooperative pairs to exchange information without relying on pilot significantly. We first establish the CNN network using deep learning to configure the WINNER channel model dynamically, where slow movement and physical shelter could be successfully evaluated; then we propose a multi-stage optimization in resource allocation based on channel environment, from which the performance of D2D transmission is greatly improved. Simulation results proved the effectiveness and progressiveness of our proposed solution.
