Abstract

Using nano blending of lead-free perovskite organometalliccompound (MABO3) is finding by blending of methylammonium and SnI3. The structure of testing matterial and PV property is characterized on this work. The perovskite structure confirms by XRD analysis and it is havingan orthorhombic crystal phase structure, which can show the perovskite structure. UVPS and UVVIS analysisof the band position of valance at 5.70 eV in competition usingin absence of air and the bandgap of optical is 2.0 eV. The Spin coating of the methylammonium iodide and lead-free iodide (SnI3) on a TiO2 film yields by mixed solution process, 1.80-nm-diameter CH3NH3Sn1-xGexI3 dots on the TiO2 surface.
