Efisiensi Sumber Daya Manusia Pusat Informasi Maritim Dalam Memanfaatkan Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)

Abstract

With the OSINT concept, Maritime Information Center (MIC) must carry out a review of the use of information from open sources in accordance with advances in information technology.New technologies change the way people think, work, live, learn, communicate, behave, acquire, process and use information.MIC requires crew members who have expertise and are reliable in their fields so that this creates problems in the selection of human resources.Data processing techniques using NVIVO 12 and data analysis using Soft System Methodology (SSM).The research objective was to analyze the efficiency of MIC human resources in utilizing OSINT.The results showed that improving the human resources capability of MIC could be done through improving the recruitment system, education and training as well as the career development pattern of MIC crew human resources.
