Introduction: Anemia in pregnant women is a condition of reduced red blood cells (erythrocytes) in the blood circulation, where rate Hb pregnant women, 9% of pregnant women worldwide. The condition of anemia can have a negative impact on pregnant women and the fetus they contain. Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of pregnant women about anemia, diet, and adherence to consumption of Fe tablets to the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the PT REA Kaltim Pantations Clinic in 2022. Method: This study used a descriptive analytic research design, using a quantitative method approach cross sectional. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique of 30 pregnant women. Result: The results showed a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of the mother and the incidence of anemia was obtained P-value = 0.004, OR = 10.500, a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia was obtained P-value = 0.001 OR value = 17.500, a significant relationship between adherence to consumption of Fe tablets and the incidence of anemia is obtained P-value = 0.001 OR value = 28,600. Conclution: The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between mother's knowledge (p-value 0.004), diet (p-value 0.001), and adherence to consumption of blood-boosting tablets (p-value 0.001) with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at the PT REA Clinic Kaltim Pantations in 2022. The advice given to pregnant women is expected to be able to meet daily consumption needs during pregnancy by consuming foods that contain enough iron regularly and it is hoped that mothers will be able to increase adherence in consuming iron tablets throughout pregnancy.
