Abstract

A 15-channel dynamic memory with sequential control of the channels is described. The minimum time required to select one channel is 100 mu sec, and the static storage error does not exceed 0. 1% in 0. 5 sec in the input-signal range 0- plus 6 V. The memory may be used for outputting of information to punchers and digital printers.
