The chronicity that characterizes this genetic picture has widely diversified repercussions on the development of the person and this variability would seem to be attributable to a multiplicity of factors such as the severity of the disease, the social and psychological support to the patient and the family, accessibility to services, effectiveness of the treatment, and the degree of acceptance of the condition of “chronicity” by family members first and then by the community. This chapter reports some psychological problems that the person with Klinefelter syndrome (KS) can experience during his life from the early stages of life.
